I’m an HR Business Partner with 9 years of progressive experience, growing alongside Ollion from building HR operations from scratch in a startup to supporting a 350+ employee global MNC across India, Singapore, and Indonesia. I’ve co-led HR strategy for a 3-year M&A journey unifying four companies into Ollion, managing policy integration, culture harmonization, and employee alignment during global expansion. I drive performance management, talent management, succession planning, and Rewards and Recognition to strengthen motivation, retention, and bench strength.
