I’m a Fraud Prevention Specialist who analyzes transactions for suspicious activity and implements strategies to mitigate fraud risk. I focus on protecting both client and customer interests from fraudulent activity.

In my current role at TTEC, I work on safeguarding outcomes through careful monitoring, investigation, and fraud-prevention strategy execution. I’m detail oriented and highly responsive to risk signals.

Before this, I built customer-focused experience as a Sales Executive at Girnar Care, where I developed growth strategies, strengthened relationships with new and existing clients, and prioritized customer satisfaction. I also completed an internship at Shree Cement in Customer Support, strengthening skills in consumer behavior, inventory management, and market research.

I bring strong communication and leadership, with clear adaptability in fast-changing situations. Alongside work, I’ve participated in business idea competitions and organized charity visits, reflecting my motivation to contribute beyond day-to-day tasks.
