I’m a motivated B. Com (Business Process Services) graduate with hands-on experience in Banking Fraud Operations at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). I’m currently building deeper expertise by working through real fraud cases and continuously exploring new ways to strengthen my knowledge.

In my Process Associate role at TCS, I’m responsible for monitoring and investigating suspicious financial transactions. I analyze fraud patterns, escalate high-risk cases as per standard operating procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of fraud-related queries.

I also focus on maintaining accurate records and reports of fraud cases in compliance with banking regulation. Alongside this, I completed an internship project at Salem Steel Plant – SAIL, working in Accounting, Marketing, and Purchase.

I’ve pursued certifications including Nptel – Retail Management, Coursera – Human Resource Management, Coursera – Google digital marketing and E-Commerce, and Coursera – Excel Skills for Business. I previously served as Chairman of my department for the academic year 2024-25, and I aim to bring that leadership mindset to a challenging role where I can contribute to growth while enhancing my skills.
