What I'm looking for

I’m open to fully remote, global roles where I can own employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, and process improvement—partnering with managers to deliver consistent, scalable people support in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a People Operations Specialist with 4+ years of experience supporting over 500 employees in a fast-paced, international environment at Amazon UK. I’m known as a trusted first point of contact for HR-related matters, handling complex employee relations cases such as absences, and partnering with managers to keep operations moving.

I coordinate payroll processes and time tracking using Kronos, and I deliver daily HR reports to operational and regional leadership. I also implement and improve HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), including supporting the launch of a new fulfillment center (LCY3, London) and building practical, scalable ways of working.

Before my Amazon role, I led end-to-end operations as a Seasonal Hotel Operations Manager and worked as an Insurance & Financial Advisor, both of which strengthened my stakeholder management and service mindset. I bring hands-on operational experience, strong systems capability (PeopleSoft, Panorama, CRM), and advanced Excel proficiency to every People Ops partnership.
