At Linklaters, I administered onboarding for 40 UK new joiners and completed employee exits end to end, coordinating with teams including Recruitment, Payroll and Global Mobility. I also processed contractual changes in Workday and supplied monthly payroll figures ahead of cut-off.

I led the transition of the annual Solicitor Apprentice onboarding process from the Early Careers team, mapping workflows and creating an SOP that established a consistent process framework.

At DLA Piper GSC (Shared Services), I supported the employee lifecycle across the UK and six other markets, maintaining at least 98% data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. I advised employees, managers and HRBPs on HR administration queries, and contributed process knowledge and colleague training during market transitions into the Global Service Centre.
