Justyna Domeradzka

I've built 15+ years of retail, wholesale and fashion operations experience across the UK and Poland, most recently founding JD Group to provide sourcing, project management and business support across fashion, apparel and consumer goods. I manage end-to-end work from product development and supplier selection through production, supply chain, imports and delivery.

Previously, I led customer service and inside sales operations at Fossil Poland, managed assortment and replenishment planning at Pandora Jewelry CEE, and delivered production planning, merchandising and data analysis for fashion businesses. I use commercial and operational data to improve product availability, inventory decisions, KPIs and customer outcomes.
