I'm looking to lead complex logistics or e-commerce operations where I can improve processes, strengthen KPI performance, automate workflows, and coordinate international partners and teams.

I've led high-volume international e-commerce logistics at Compania Auxiliar Al Cargo Expres S.A., managing 70+ employees, cross-border shipment flows, transport planning, and partnerships with DHL, DPD, InPost, Shein, Temu, and Cainiao.

I improve operational performance through KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, SOP development, and practical automation. I've also supported the opening of four operational branches across Poland and bring experience in customs transit operations, European compliance, stakeholder coordination, and customer-facing commercial work.
