At Franke Group, I lead end-to-end delivery for 20+ international product launches each year across 20+ markets and B2B/B2C e-commerce sites. I gather requirements, analyze market and SKU readiness, coordinate approvals, and drive go-live sign-off.

I challenge demand and scope to determine what is ready to activate by market and channel, then work with responsible teams to close gaps before release. I hand agreed specifications to IT and audit results against defined processes, sustaining 99% accuracy and 95–100% on-time closure.

I built Franke’s first documented SOPs and QA checklists, bringing controls to a previously undocumented multi-market workflow. I was recognized with Franke’s 2025 We Take Ownership award.

Previously at Philips, I analyzed vendor contracts and service documentation, maintained supplier data in SAP, and supported data migration, cleansing, and standardization. I’m now building on this commercial-coordination foundation in IT sourcing and category management.
