At Allen Distribution, I managed multiple clients across Warehouse Management Systems in a 390,000+ square foot facility. I helped the team achieve the site’s highest AIB score and managed climate-controlled areas to support food safety compliance.
At GXO, I was appointed interim site manager for a high-volume, food-grade distribution center. I directed safety initiatives that reduced the incident rate by over 5 points and used Gemba walks and Six Sigma methods to identify improvements and generate annual cost savings.
Earlier at GXO, I partnered with the customer’s on-site representative to resolve daily operational issues and helped establish the Value-Added Services department. I also collaborated with external contractors on a new Warehouse Management System and oversaw inventory functions, maintaining 99.9% accuracy.
At DHL, I supported inventory control and customer service across a multi-site customer network in North America. I engineered custom VBA solutions contributing to annual savings exceeding $100K and managed a Special Project area that generated $10,000–$30,000 in monthly revenue.
