At ABB, I redesigned physical inventory procedures, raising reported accuracy from approximately 25% to 95%, and replaced paper-based selection with scan-to-pick workflows that cut picking time per part from about seven minutes to 30 seconds. I also developed an operations application for inbound shipment tracking, inventory visibility, and cross-departmental communication.

At World Class Distribution (Trader Joe’s), I led the phased launch and operational readiness of a 1.2 million-square-foot distribution center serving 52 stores. I supported GOLD warehouse management system adoption and employee training, and championed 12 automated guided vehicles that increased put-away efficiency 50%.
