Justin Nixon
@justinnixon
I build trusted data platforms for enterprise decisions and AI agents.
What I'm looking for
At AWS, I own the semantic governance and consumption layer for AWS Finance’s data platform, governing metrics and dimensions so thousands of finance users, leaders, and AI agents can act without hesitation. I consolidated 86 dashboards into 33 while improving adoption from 42% to 75%, and built embedded analytics used by 14,000+ workforce-planning users.
Previously at Paradox, I chartered Data Insights from scratch and built the measurement layer for a human review and labeling loop supporting an AI assistant. Labeled conversations fed model retraining and A/B testing, improving response accuracy by 24%; I also grew a governed reporting library from 5 to 75 datasets and built an Early Warning System that identified 14 client issues in its first month.
My 20-year pattern started at Beeline, where I built analytics platforms for 150+ enterprise clients, authored data contracts across 11 reporting modules, and created governance frameworks for product adoption. I find broken operational infrastructure, write the truth layer behind the metric, and leave the organization more capable than I found it.
