At T-MOBILE, I transformed Release Engineering from operational support into platform engineering and authored the architecture for an agentic release flow. The first agent, in use by the team when I left, cut release-date decisions from 2–3 days to minutes.

I led product managers and product owners across the test automation platform, CI/CD pipeline, Jira and Confluence, and developer portal. I grew AI coding-tool adoption from 13% to 70% of a 15.0K-person IT organization in 4 months, and coached a 12-person team from zero to 100% active AI-assisted development.

Earlier at T-MOBILE, I aligned architects and technical product managers with strategic priorities and led initiatives from architecture through release. At AVANADE, I delivered near 100% on-time releases while increasing internal BI service adoption over 3.0K% in 2 years and reducing service spend 50%+ year over year.
