What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead BI and analytics initiatives where I can build scalable data foundations, develop teams, apply AI and predictive analytics, and turn customer and revenue data into executive and board-level decisions.

At WGSN, I built the Business Intelligence function from one inherited analyst into a cross-regional team serving a 700-person B2B SaaS business across five regions. I partner with senior leadership as a board-facing analytics resource, translating subscription, customer, and product data into decisions.

I defined and delivered WGSN's AI analytics roadmap, from warehouse standardization and semantic-layer design to a Claude-powered self-service insight system used by five departments. The system reduced speed-to-insight from weeks to hours and saves users up to 20 hours per week.

I also lead predictive analytics, including a production BigQuery ML churn model and renewal forecasting, helping protect approximately $1.5M in monthly recurring revenue. Across BigQuery, Looker, and DBT, I've improved query performance by 70%, consolidated roughly 300 reports into 30 governed dashboards, and built trusted metrics for retention, churn, NRR, upsell, and LTV.
