I’m an analytics leader with 7+ years building data products, dashboards, and AI/ML systems for SaaS Customer Experience organizations. I’m currently a Manager, Analytics at MasterControl, where I built the Cx analytics function from the ground up and own all Cx data and reporting.
I’m a player-coach by design—roughly 60% hands-on (Python, SQL, dashboards, AI prompt engineering) and 40% people leadership. I’ve translated data into executive narratives that drive renewal, adoption, and value-realization decisions at the CEO and board level.
I lead AI rollout across the Cx org, including building the Digital CSM Framework with 8+ data sources and 11+ AI components using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs. I also built and own a live Executive Retention Forecast consumed by top leadership, and I’ve established analytics foundations and KPI standards as the first dedicated analyst in the function.
