I’m a detail-oriented Claims Assistant supporting insurance adjusters through accurate documentation, payment issuance, and medical follow-ups. I manage multiple claims at once while keeping records precise and compliant in fast-paced workflows.

In my current role, I issue and track claim payments according to company procedures and timelines, conduct medical status follow-ups with providers, and update case notes within claims management systems. I communicate professionally with internal teams and external parties to keep claim resolutions moving and on schedule.

Before this, I built a strong foundation in customer service and healthcare support, including HIPAA-compliant inbound call handling and accurate CRM documentation under high call volume. I bring confidentiality, organization, and empathy to every interaction, and I’m committed to high-quality work with remote collaboration tools like Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
