I’m Junn Darrell Quinain, a dedicated E-commerce Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant with over 3 years of experience in the digital retail space. I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple international fashion and lifestyle brands such as Lorea Mazur, The Frye Company, Curvy Waves, My Comfy Blouse, Comfy Platform Shoes, and My 3D Hoodie. My roles have included handling live chat and email support via Gorgias and Zendesk, processing orders, managing returns/refunds, and overseeing product listings on Shopify.

In addition to customer support, I’ve also managed backend tasks such as inventory coordination, updating product pages, creating discount codes, and collaborating with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and newsletters. I’m also experienced in B2B order processing through Rithum (CommerceHub) portals and working with tools like Canva for simple visual content creation.

As a former Subject Matter Expert (SME), I’ve guided a team of agents, offering support and quality checks while maintaining my own daily tasks. I’m highly organized, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering seamless online shopping experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy watching anime, playing billiards, and racing pigeons.

I’m looking for a long-term remote role where I can grow with a company, contribute meaningfully, and continue building my skills in e-commerce and customer service.
