I'm seeking a remote opportunity where I can contribute to business operations, customer success, administration, scheduling, client communication, and workflow improvement.

I've supported a growing cleaning company by managing customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, scheduling, client follow-ups, and operational administration. I helped streamline communication between customers and the operations team while contributing to a business that generated approximately R100,000 in revenue.

As the founder of Moriry ZA, I manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, from supplier coordination and inventory to customer service, courier collections, fulfilment, and promotional campaigns. Alongside my business experience, I'm pursuing a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and bring analytical thinking, accurate record-keeping, and laboratory knowledge.
