I market financial products, follow up on leads and applications, and process customer applications. I also verify supporting documents and maintain accurate client records in line with company procedures.

I monitor customer accounts and conduct regular follow-ups to support customer satisfaction, portfolio performance, and repayment outcomes. I prepare performance reports and work with branch colleagues toward business and portfolio targets.

During my attachment at National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), I assisted clients and staff with data, documentation, and service-related processes. I supported data entry, verification, record management, confidentiality, and operational reporting.
