I've spent 16 years building software across e-governance, public health, e-commerce, data collection, and Voice AI. At Verbex AI, I lead platform delivery for an integrated Voice AI Agent SaaS platform, contributing to customer and admin consoles, authentication, billing, payment gateway, agent configuration, and phone-call configuration services.
I take products from PRD and requirements clarification through solution design, sprint planning, development, testing, CI/CD, Kubernetes configuration, release planning, production deployment, and UAT handover. I work extensively with Spring Boot, API Gateway, Spring Cloud, WebFlux, PostgreSQL, Redis, NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Datadog, ELK, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
At BJIT, I led the ESB team responsible for merchant gateway services and secure, scalable, fault-tolerant API calls for Rakuten. I have also led Java backend, mobile, and .NET teams at mPower Social Enterprises, CloudlyIO, Vertex Software, and Magnifo.
My work includes OpenSRP health platforms, population and vaccination registries, agricultural research automation, youth-development micro-credit systems, and JavaRosa-compatible field-data collection. I enjoy architectural design, mentoring, code review, and turning complex requirements into working systems.
