At Kaizenflow, I lead architecture and technical direction for eDokan, a multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS platform serving hundreds of merchants and processing over 20M API requests monthly. I designed tenant isolation, subscription management, and merchant onboarding workflows.
I also built an AI-powered messaging automation platform for customer communication and order workflows, and developed LLM agent automations with LangChain and FastAPI. Redis caching and asynchronous processing helped improve performance and reliability.
At RemoteDevs, I modernized business-critical PHP modules into structured Laravel applications and designed REST APIs for invoicing and debt-management platforms. I also introduced automated testing that reached approximately 90% coverage on newly developed services.
