I’m looking for a customer-focused role where safety and exceptional service matter. I want a multicultural team, hands-on problem solving, and opportunities to grow—whether in premium customer experience, HR support, or customer-facing marketing.

I’m a customer-experience professional with 3+ years of international in-flight services and customer care experience. I deliver premium support in high-pressure, multicultural environments—always keeping safety, compliance, and exceptional satisfaction at the center of what I do.

As a Cabin Crew member with Qatar Airways in Doha (2022–2025), I delivered world-class inflight service to passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds. I ensured strict compliance with aviation safety regulations, emergency procedures, and company standards while maintaining exceptional grooming, punctuality, and service quality aligned with a premium global brand.

I’m experienced in handling disruption and urgency with professionalism, including medical incidents, service disruptions, and passenger conflicts. By staying calm, communicating clearly, and coordinating with multinational peers, I consistently help create seamless, five-star customer experiences.

Before aviation, I worked as a Customer Service Associate (HR Support) for Amazon ERC Disability & Leave Services (2021). I assisted employees with disability and leave inquiries while protecting confidentiality and accuracy—bringing empathy, clear policy guidance, and strong problem resolution to every interaction. I also earned digital marketing certifications (HubSpot and Meta), expanding my toolkit beyond customer service.
