What I'm looking for

I want a customer-facing tourism role where I can use my English skills, deliver excellent guest service, grow operational experience, and work collaboratively in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

I am an English bachelor’s student with hands-on experience in tourism customer service and tour assistance for national and international visitors. I communicate in English (B2) and Spanish (native), and I consistently provide clear information, orientation, and reliable on-site support while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

I have worked in visitor flow management, check-ins, ticketing support training, and safety protocol adherence, helping resolve on-site concerns and supporting team operations under pressure. I am responsible, adaptable, and committed to creating positive guest experiences that reflect high standards of service.
