At Balenciaga España, I advise VIP clients with personalised product support, manage clienteling, and drive retention through structured after-sales follow-up. I also coordinate reservations and support seamless client communication across channels.

I bring strong operational and customer-resolution skills, including issue resolution, inventory & POS control, and schedule/reservation management. I’m comfortable working remotely with autonomy, managing CRM and multichannel communications to keep client experiences consistent and timely.

Before fashion, I strengthened my service foundation in nutrition advisory, spa customer service, and premium care roles—always with a focus on premium standards, clear communication, and customer confidence.
