I'm looking for opportunities where I can coordinate recruitment or support operations, improve documented workflows, and deliver clear, empathetic service across cross-functional teams.

At MamboHR, I manage end-to-end recruitment workflows—from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offers, and onboarding—while maintaining talent pipelines, ATS records, dashboards, and recruitment SOPs.

Previously at Impact Water and Intrepid Data Solutions, I resolved customer and technical product issues across email, phone, chat, and digital channels. I document cases in HubSpot and Freshdesk, guide users through setup and troubleshooting, identify recurring issues, and work with internal teams to improve support processes.
