I've managed daily clinic operations at Lakefront Eye Care, overseeing scheduling, workflow, patient care, staff support, and performance evaluations.

I train team members in clinical procedures, customer service standards, EHR systems, and office protocols. I also work with optical and medical suppliers to manage inventory, negotiate pricing, and maintain vendor relationships.

At Ascent Eyes, I managed accounts receivable and patient coinsurance payments while coaching new opticians, supporting recruiting, and developing training procedures. I partnered with leadership on strategies to increase annual contact lens supply sales.

My hospitality background at Universal Orlando Resort and Blue Moon RiNo strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage reservations and schedules, train teams, prioritize safety, and deliver positive guest and patient experiences in fast-paced environments.
