I'm managing up to 30 concurrent projects at Third Term Learning, coordinating planning, execution, delivery, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

I work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to identify risks early, resolve issues, and keep high-volume portfolios on track for on-time completion.

At Assurant, I co-designed and presented an internal chatbot initiative that earned company-wide Best of Best recognition for improving team workflows. I also supported renters' insurance policyholders, coordinated claims and coverage updates, and strengthened onboarding through training materials and mentoring.

Previously at Praxis EMR, I led client onboarding and implementation from system setup through go-live, serving as the primary contact for timelines, documentation, configuration, and issue resolution. I'm also completing a Bachelor's degree in English-Spanish Translation, bringing bilingual English-Spanish communication and precision to client-facing work.
