At NHS: Informatics, University Hospital Southampton, I lead digital projects including theatre scheduling, preassessment optimisation, waiting list management, and digitising cancer pathways. I work with hospital teams to support software implementation from the outset through to business as usual.
I maintain monthly project reporting using highlight reports with RAG ratings, monitor risks, and escalate concerns where needed. Earlier, at NHS: Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership, I led the implementation and management of the Attend Anywhere video consultation project to help continue mental health care during Covid.
At NHS: Bath and North East Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group, I supported the development of the BSW digital strategy by coordinating stakeholder engagement events. I also developed a monthly programme reporting system to help track project slippage across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. I hold Agile and PRINCE II qualifications and PMI’s CAPM certification.
