At The Onyx, I run day-to-day facilities operations for a 60-unit residential building, coordinating 20 to 60 maintenance requests a month through to completion. I keep residents informed in writing and coordinate eight specialist contractor services.
I compare contractor quotes, check completed work, and help ensure building and contractor work meet health and safety regulations. I also maintain records and registers, prepare management reports, and use WeConnectU and Hikvision for property and access administration.
Earlier, I handled yard safety and site access at Hermes (now Evri), and worked across warehouse, quality control, repairs, logistics and property services in South Africa and the UK. I'm available for remote work on UK, European and US hours.
