I bring more than 20 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, contractor coordination, and operations supervision. I’m known for driving both preventive and corrective maintenance while keeping service quality and day-to-day continuity strong.
Over the years, I’ve managed maintenance teams and service providers, coordinated schedules, and ensured health and safety compliance across occupied sites. At Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), I supervised day-to-day maintenance operations, allocated reactive and preventive work, coordinated contractors and suppliers, and supported service providers such as security, cleaning, IT, and AV.
I also focus heavily on structured communication and accountability. I conducted SLA meetings with contractors and suppliers, managed client requirements and maintenance requests, and delivered general maintenance and repair work that keeps operations moving without disruption.
