What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote worldwide roles where I can run governance-led operations, deliver project work end-to-end, and drive customer/partner retention using CRM automation, funding pipelines, and structured community programmes.

I’m a Founder & Director who built a healthcare CIC from zero to fully CQC-registered and grant-funded. I design governance systems, run funding and partnership pipelines, and manage CRM-driven outreach at scale—now applying that operational discipline to remote Operations, Project Management, and Customer Success roles.

My track record includes completing all 10 governance folders for CQC registration, securing approved grant funding, and operating a HubSpot CRM that tracks 137+ partnership contacts across 8 sectors with automated task workflows. I also lead event and community operations end-to-end, including a 3-day international flagship event with sponsor/delegate CRM automation and a recurring monthly community programme focused on partnerships, volunteers, and retention systems.
