I'm a senior technology, product, data and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience building, scaling and commercialising technology-enabled businesses, digital platforms and data-driven services across the UK and international markets.

My career spans strategic leadership, product management, SaaS, digital transformation, business-unit operations, commercial growth and consulting, with particular depth in healthcare technology, life sciences and regulated environments. I combine the strategic perspective of a business leader with practical experience of delivering complex technology, operational and organisational change.

Most recently, I served as Chief Clinical Information Officer at Cegedim Healthcare Solutions, with P&L accountability and leadership responsibilities spanning product strategy, data, commercial development, clinical informatics, regulatory governance and digital innovation. Previously, as Director of The Health Improvement Network (THIN), I rebuilt and scaled an international healthcare data business, generating over £3 million in revenue within 18 months at approximately 78% gross margin, expanding its data footprint from 15 million to 69 million patient lives and securing multi-country commercial deals exceeding £10 million.

My broader experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, developing and launching SaaS and data products, directing AI and machine-learning initiatives, overseeing enterprise software and EHR implementations, building strategic partnerships and delivering large-scale service transformation. I have also advised senior stakeholders across healthcare, pharmaceutical and public-sector organisations on strategy, technology adoption, commercial opportunities and operational improvement.

With a foundation in clinical healthcare and extensive experience working with executive leadership, I bring a distinctive combination of business strategy, technology leadership, commercial accountability and delivery expertise. I am comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, aligning cross-functional teams and translating strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
