Previously, at Good Eggs, I led recruiting across Operations, HQ, People, IT, Finance, and Culinary/Kitchen teams. I staffed a new Los Angeles fulfillment center by hiring 156 employees within four weeks, and developed skills assessments that generated approximately $9K in annual savings.
