I lead full-cycle recruiting for Juniper Landscaping’s largest region, supporting 13 branches across Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Florida. I partner with branch managers and administrators to prioritize staffing needs, maintain organized hiring workflows, and reduce time-to-fill across high-volume operations.
I’ve also supported high-volume hospitality recruiting at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina and transportation, warehouse, and clerical hiring at Xpress Global Systems. My work includes sourcing, screening, structured interviews, ATS management, onboarding, background checks, drug screens, DOT compliance, and workforce planning.
Previously, I oversaw 150+ openings per quarter at Qualified Staffing, coached junior recruiters, coordinated hiring events, and delivered recruiting metrics to leadership. I bring a proactive, organized, solution-focused approach and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
