I’m a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner focused on full-cycle recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced environments. In my current remote role, I lead end-to-end hiring for front-line roles and management positions while consistently meeting KPIs like time-to-fill, candidate throughput, and offer acceptance rates.
Previously, I served as an HR/TalentAcquisition Manager at Caesars Entertainment–The ROW Casino, where I managed full-cycle recruitment for high-volume front-line and management roles in a unionized hospitality setting. I led and developed a team of 2 recruiters, oversaw multiple requisitions at once, and partnered with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruiting strategies with workforce planning and operational needs.
Earlier, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same organization, running full-cycle recruiting (advertising, networking, job fairs, interviews, direct hires, and onboarding). I also supported new hire onboarding by handling pre-employment steps and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and I coordinated Spanish/English candidate communication.
