I am a bilingual Spanish–English biology graduate with hands-on experience in customer interaction roles and research support. My academic focus in bioinformatics, phylogenetics, molecular and conservation biology complements practical skills in lab techniques and computational tools.

I have worked in remote bilingual customer support and sales roles, resolving technical issues, guiding purchases, and consistently maintaining strong customer satisfaction. In research outreach, I organize and coordinate public engagement activities that connect communities with Colombia's biodiversity.
