I’m looking for a client-focused role where I can deliver accurate, compassionate service, handle scheduling and documentation efficiently, and use my strong communication and organization skills to support a smooth patient or customer experience.

I’m a customer-focused Lab Technician with over five years of experience delivering high-quality service in fast-paced, client-facing environments. I’m known for handling inquiries across multiple channels, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed records with professionalism.

In my current role as a Mobile PatientLab Technician at LifeLabs, I travel independently to client homes, managing schedules and appointments efficiently. I deliver professional, client-focused service, maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and procedures, and build trust and rapport quickly in one-on-one settings.

Previously, I worked as a Lab Patient Technician/Phlebotomist at LifeLabs, providing high-level customer service while managing multiple client interactions. I communicated clearly with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience, with strong attention to detail when handling sensitive information.

I also bring broad administrative and communications experience, including Clerk work at LifeLabs (client inquiries, bookings, scheduling, payments, and accurate records) and Social Media Manager & Office Assistant experience at Ken’s Crane Service Ltd. My background in guest-facing roles aboard cruise ships and Disney Cruise Line strengthened my conflict resolution, organization, and ability to deliver exceptional experiences under pressure.
