At Zero Group, I manage functional delivery across concurrent Odoo implementation projects, from discovery and requirements through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and ongoing support.
I translate operational needs into functional requirements and configure Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing/MRP, Accounting, POS, and CRM. My work includes multi-warehouse flows, replenishment rules, FEFO, lots, expiration dates, and barcode operations.
For manufacturing implementations, I supported configuration involving Bills of Materials, work centers, work orders, raw materials, and finished goods, connecting manufacturing processes with inventory and accounting. I also prepare, clean, map, and import master data, then investigate issues through root-cause analysis and regression testing.
Earlier, I tracked purchase orders, checked material discrepancies, and prepared inventory reports at EFA Solution, where I also maintained Bills of Materials in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. At Alumil Albania SHPK, I coordinated customer shipments and supported customers using the online ordering system.
