What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can translate business needs into clear functional requirements, collaborate across product and delivery teams, and improve digital or ERP solutions through analysis, testing, and user-focused design.

I'm currently shaping front-end application and digital-channel requirements at Sisal Hub Albania, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes, and process diagrams. I work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate functionality and support UAT.

Previously, I configured and customized Odoo modules at String and Zero Shpk, mapping business processes to system capabilities, conducting gap analysis, testing solutions, and supporting end users. My technical foundation includes Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Python, built through internships at Lufthansa Industry Solution and continued study in Information Systems in Economics.
