What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve practical business systems where I can combine ERP and full-stack engineering with operations, product delivery, and team leadership.

I run operations for Acqua&Sapone Albania across three retail locations, managing procurement, financial performance, margin strategy, hiring, onboarding, and a team of 15 while preparing a fourth branch.

I also founded and manage an authorized post office in Korçë, building a partially automated workflow to operate it day to day. Alongside operations, I build software that supports real business workflows, from Odoo ERP modules for veterinary practices to an intelligent SMB ERP powered by RAG and LLMs.

During my software engineering internship at DGTL X, I shipped Odoo features for prescriptions, inventory forecasting, clinical records, PDF generation, and unified appointment, finance, HR, and inventory workflows. I bring a Computer Science & Engineering degree, production experience with Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Docker, and Odoo, plus hands-on project delivery and startup planning.
