What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people with excellent customer service, clear communication, and accurate data work—while collaborating on proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

I’m a Customer Service Specialist with a strong client-services focus, handling accounts, resolving issues, and supporting smooth operations through accurate data entry and clear communication by phone and email. In customer service roles, I investigated problems, managed refunds/exchanges/credits, and compiled customer satisfaction reports to identify areas for improvement.

Previously, as a Behavior Assistant, I supported research-based best practices including Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, School-Wide Positive Behavior Support, Restorative Justice, and School-Based Teams. I also assisted with crisis intervention services, provided staff support, coordinated reintegration monitoring, and served as a liaison between families and collaborative agencies for coordinated behavioral health agreements.
