What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, relationship management, or sales role where I can grow customer engagement, build strong client relationships, deliver quality service, and help the organisation increase sales and business opportunities.

I'm currently supporting Union Bank customers in Edo State as a Customer Service Officer, serving as a relationship manager, resolving customer issues, opening accounts, issuing ATM cards, and growing bank deposits.

Previously, I worked with Union Bank as a Direct Sales Agent, professionally selling bank products, following journey plans, recording sales activity, and growing sales from 10% to 75%. I build and sustain strong relationships with key customers while working toward monthly sales growth.

At CHI Limited, I supervised retail sales operations, led teams, implemented field-sales processes, maintained product visibility, managed customer databases, and identified opportunities to expand sales.
