I’m a customer-focused, results-driven professional with a BSc in Statistics and an MSc in Mathematics, and I bring several years of experience supporting customers in banking, finance, and customer service roles. I work as a first point of contact, handling daily inquiries from clients with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.

In my remote Call Center Specialist role, I handle inquiries from farmers, distributors, and retailers about seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, pricing, and order availability. I guide customers step-by-step through product selection, order placement, payment confirmation, and delivery tracking—then troubleshoot issues like incorrect shipments or damaged goods by coordinating remotely with logistics and warehouse teams.

I also built strong operational discipline through my Banking Customer Support / POS Deployment Officer experience at United Bank for Africa (UBA). I served customers as the first point of contact for transaction issues and service requests, assisted with POS-related documentation, and led the deployment of over 500 POS systems—carefully documenting installations and ensuring devices were properly set up before handover.

What I value most is turning customer interactions into reliable records and actionable insights. I maintain detailed CRM records, monitor deployed POS systems for issues, and prepare operational and deployment reports while collaborating with technical and operations teams to improve response time, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
