I've led transformation, corporate finance reporting, and post-acquisition integration work at AP Moller Maersk, delivering governance, risk management, and executive-ready performance visibility. My automation and reporting initiatives supported more than $200M in projected value realization, while acquisition programs contributed to integrations valued at $3.4B.

Across Maersk, Toll Group, and DXC Technologies, I've managed global deployments, cloud migration, O365 rollouts, IT asset management, and organizational change initiatives. I build roadmaps, user stories, sprint plans, scorecards, SOPs, dashboards, and interdependency matrices that keep cross-functional teams aligned.

I've coordinated Day 1 and Day 1–100 readiness for acquisitions, acted as liaison between acquiring and clean teams, and managed integration risks while maintaining confidentiality and antitrust protocols. Earlier, I led service desk and business-process support teams, improving SLA performance, incident management, application support, and user experience.
