I specialize in leading projects end-to-end, from concept development and creative direction to production and on-site delivery, ensuring that ideas are consistently translated into tangible, high-quality results. My experience includes working with international teams, managing vendors and coordinating complex production processes across multiple locations.

I bring a hybrid profile that combines creativity, technical understanding and operational execution. I use tools such as 3D visualization to support design development and improve communication across teams, and I leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, generate visual references and optimize workflows.
