At Dynapro Pumps, I run the business-automation platform, with 30+ n8n workflows connecting Odoo, HubSpot, Xero and other business systems. I designed an AI document-processing pipeline that reduced per-order processing time from about 90 minutes to about two.
I also developed read-only MCP servers connecting Anthropic Claude to live Odoo and HubSpot data, and built lead-management automations with human approval gates. My work includes ETL pipelines and an internal HubSpot–Odoo service desk that cut parts-quoting handling time by over 60%.
At ManageEngine (Zoho Corporation), I developed a generative-AI ticket-resolution solution for ServiceDesk Plus using Pinecone and GPT-4, built in Java and exposed through a REST API. I also delivered ITSM/ITIL consulting and support for enterprise clients.
My engineering projects include a 6-DoF robotic arm spanning CAD, ROS and hardware, and Michibot, a low-latency conversational voice robot. I bring together software, automation and robotics, alongside experience managing a 1,200-person operation at Teleperformance.
