At Lendflow, I designed and maintained production automation workflows in n8n, connecting Lendflow, SendGrid, ConvertAPI, and Slack. I implemented OAuth authentication and secure credential handling.
I built a Deal Snapshot email pipeline that generates and password-protects PDFs, then distributes them automatically. Dynamic security uses a business EIN with a ZIP code fallback, automating a task previously done manually by the sales team.
I also developed business-rule-based email template selection with follow-up status tracking and a 48-hour minimum between sends. For Slack, I integrated a Claude (Anthropic)-powered conversational agent that routes requests to more than seven actions.
