I bring a strong background in process improvement, team coordination, and high-volume operational execution—always focused on building structure and efficiency that supports revenue-generating environments.

In my roles, I’ve managed daily operations supporting 200 to 250 active legal matters annually and supported real estate closings representing approximately 15M to 20M in annual transaction volume. I also oversee budgeting and workflow efficiency across teams, while improving scheduling efficiency for programs running 250 to 300 weekly classes serving 1,800 to 2,200 participants per season.

Before that, I advanced from Store Assistant Manager to Operations & Logistics Manager within one year, helping support the opening of first U.S. stores generating approximately 2M to 2.5M in annual revenue. Across luxury retail and ticketing, I supervised logistics and inventory flow totaling 2M to 5M annually, managed events ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 attendees, and led high-impact customer and game-day operations—delivering smooth execution through cross-functional management and clear communication.
