At Juniper Travel Technology, I manage a global B2B Travel Tech SaaS client portfolio with a strong EMEA focus. I contributed to sustained portfolio growth, with peaks up to 300%.
I build business intelligence workflows and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Python, SQL and Excel. My reporting covers revenue, margins, ARR/NRR, bookings, retention and usage.
Previously, at The Information Lab Spain, I built Tableau and Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks from client requirements. I also developed ETL workflows and reusable models using SQL, Power Query, Alteryx and KNIME.
Through commissioned research projects, I applied statistical methods including regression, hypothesis testing, forecasting and segmentation. My work draws on a background in Economics, Statistics and Project Management, alongside experience in travel and hospitality.
