Juan Pablo Pinto
@juanpablopinto
Senior Product Owner building data-driven accessibility platforms for travel-tech businesses.
What I'm looking for
I own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and PRDs for a global accessibility Technical & Data platform, partnering cross-functionally to deliver data-driven B2B and B2C products. My focus is turning complex accessibility requirements into clear product logic, measurable outcomes, and reliable partner-facing experiences.
I’ve expanded a rules-based Accessibility Match from <10% to 90%+ coverage across eligible users and listings, so people can evaluate fit based on structured data models. I also revamped the Accessibility Profile to improve disability needs intake and personalization, reaching an ~80% completion rate across 14,382 users.
Previously, I led the evolution of the Accessibility Mapping System (AMS) into a scalable platform, designed shared accessibility data architecture and business rules for reporting, scoring, traveller matching, and user profiles, and automated Accessibility Reports—eliminating manual report creation and saving an estimated 1,700+ hours while delivering 3,560 reports to partners.
