What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve e-commerce operations through AI automation, organic growth, analytics, and customer-focused systems that create measurable business outcomes.

At Moressco, I built and operate a 491-product WooCommerce store, its Mercado Libre sales channel, and a B2B wholesale line serving hotels and construction clients. I designed the automation stack behind the business, including an AI WhatsApp sales bot that quotes customers and creates WooCommerce orders end to end.

I also built Mercado Libre repricing watchers, shipping-label automation, analytics dashboards, and a Python/ffmpeg short-form video engine for TikTok and YouTube. Previously, I supported Disney+ subscribers in English across billing, account access, subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting.
